- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 200 grams of bread flour
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 60 grams of white sugar
- 8 grams of instant yeast
- 40 grams of powdered sugar
- 4 grams of sea salt
- 4 grams of bread improver
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- cheddar cheese, sliced (10 grams each)
Deep-fry until slightly brown in 160°C - 170°C.

- 2 tablespoons homemade mocha powder

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, salt, and bread improver.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Let it stand for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Add vegetable oil and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough to release the air.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces (about 50 grams each).
- Roll out each piece of dough into a rectangle.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of the dough.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Shape the dough into a long, thin rope.
- Twist the rope into a donut shape and pinch the ends together to seal.
3. Fry the Donuts:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 160°C - 170°C.
- Carefully fry the donuts until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
4. Prepare the Coating:
- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, powdered milk, and homemade mocha powder.
5. Coat the Donuts:
- While the donuts are still warm, roll them in the powdered sugar mixture to coat them evenly.
6. Serve:
